Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, products, and services provided by One Visibility Labs, including CaseFlow and OneRule (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Services

You may use the Services only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

2. Accounts

To use most features of the Services you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed. You may not share your account or transfer it to another party without our prior written consent.

3. Customer Data

You retain all rights to the data you submit to the Services. You grant One Visibility Labs a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely as necessary to provide the Services to you.

4. Acceptable Use

You will not (a) reverse engineer the Services, (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems, (c) use the Services to send unlawful or harmful content, or (d) interfere with the operation of the Services.

5. Fees

Paid plans are billed in advance on the cycle stated in your order form. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's confidential information using the same care it uses to protect its own, and no less than a reasonable standard of care.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability arising out of these Terms will not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms if the other materially breaches them and fails to cure within 30 days of written notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
